I have a '90 rrc and the p.o. pulled the heat and a/c out of it... well i would like to have a little a/c in there this summer... does anyone have any experience with aftermarket systems?
would it be cheaper to buy the parts from a scrapped rover? or would I be better off trying to find something that would work out of a junkyard? keep in mind that there are no rovers in junkyards around here in east kentucky, so any parts would have to be shipped in from where ever... and I can do a/c work, as well as a little cobbling to get parts that are close enough, to work out...anyone got any suggestions...oh yeah, I am not afraid to start hacking on the dash, since ~ half of it is for the ventillation setup... oh yeah cost IS a factor...hoping for a couple-0-hundred, but figuring on probably spending more ![]() |
