if you don't find anyone, you probably could get reasonably cheaply from an auto-body paint shop. call one that has a color matching system. if your getting paint for your 89 Classic, they can start from the paint codes you give them, and then fade it to match the paint's current condition. i got a can of the extra paint left over when i had my classic repainted, but the manager said if it ever dried out, just come back and they would make me a touch-up bottle at a reasonable price. place has since closed :-(
