Default Update: BW transfer case viscious coupling...

Well, I crawled under the RR this weekend to check the transfer case and I thought to myself...this is looking too familiar...I've already logged like 16 hrs under here redoing my transmission .

Anyway, I put the transmission in Neutral, along with the transfer case and spun the front drive (prop) shaft...sure enough the rear shaft moved along with the front (as well as rolling the RR). Guess the VC is good and locked-up.

So...I pulled the front shaft and with fingers crossed, started her up and dropped it into D...and away we went! No problems that I can see, feel, or hear. I'll take it to work tomorrow to see if anything develops along the way...hopefully nothing does.
