Default Weird sound under flex ...

Today, like every other day at school, I parked my Range Rover over a small bumpy hill. But today I heard a weird sound ....

When my truck was flexing, I heard a loud "clung" sound under the front (I think) of my truck ... The more I was moving foward, the more it did the sound.

Now, back on the road, everything was A-1 except one thing: everytime I started moving (ex. at a stop sign), there was a "frictionish" sound from the from passenger side of the truck, like if something was rubing ...

Anyone know what this could be ? 1994 Range Rover LWB, 65 000 miles.

Thanks !

Guillaume

The clunking could simply be a coil popping in and out of its seat, cones would solve that.

The rubbing, could be rotors, pads, things of that nature.

he said it came from the front of his truck. im not sure you can dislocate a front spring.....especially with normal shocks

pull the wheel and if you still can't figure it out...take some pictures and post them up and maybe one of us can help you more

probably the spring shifting, it could be a cracked bushing, but I doubt it.
