Default whats this sound like?

On my 95 RRC LWB

Cold start in am
Car cranks and starts, RPMs start off like 1500-2000 or so, then after like 10 secs or go down to 600 and car stalls out.
Restart motor, back up to 1500 or so, then drops to 600 feels like stalling but does not instead it kicks back to 1500 and repeats this cycles like 4 times or so until it likes a spot.
When it does stay at 600 or so idle is not perfect, it’s a little jumpy.

No codes, no 48 stepper faults, no lights at all on dash.
Stepper is new, T sensor is fairly new, new TPS.

Ideas??

Some people have said FUEL TEMP SENSOR in the fuel rail is bad. Has anyone had this experience/symptoms and had theirs replaced with improvements noted??

Mine does the same thing when its cold out, but only after three or four minutes or so. I've tried to figure it out for a long time to no avail. I've replaced the stepper motor and fuel temp sensor, so I don't think that's it. It seems to me that mine starts happening once it goes into closed loop, but its not at full operating temp yet. So, I just hold it at an RPM with my foot, and once it warms up a bit, it goes away. Other than that, she purrs like a kitten when warm. Sorry, I know this doesn't help a whole lot. Let us know if you figure it out.
