Default Where To Buy a MAS Sensor?

My Mass Air Flow Sensor just went out so I wanted to inquire the talented minds of the forum to see where I can get a MAS Sensor. Do they sell them rebuilt or is there a after market one. I looked online but not ready to pay $1500 for a new one. Thanks in advance for your help.

The Culprit: 93' RRC SWB with a 3.9 with a 5mil MAS.

Wait, your looking for a Mass Airflow Sensor Sensor? Never heard of one of those...

Does it tell you if you have a MAS?
