My window lift channel rusted out and I was able to get a new part.. The repairs looks manageable yet I have a couple of questions for you. First is this the only part I need (and the rubber strip)
Should you have the window all the way down before you slide the end of the regulator arm into it? Then, do you align the end of the regulator arm (the square plastic piece) with the posterior end of the window lift channel part? Also, I assume its just a press fit with the bottom of the window sliding into the strip of rubber which then folds into the channel? or do you use glue?Last edited by johnkolesar : 07-28-2008 at 06:54 PM. |
