Default 1996 power loss

i have a 1996 disco I that has about 120,000 and it seams to be loosing power in a rapid rate and i was woundering if anyone has had this problem i dont seam to be burning oil so i dont think that my motor is that worn it just has no power to pass of climb hills, if anyone has any ideas please let me know

suggest replacing the sparkplugs mate. i don't know shit but that's my first reaction. goodluck...

So what tune up work has been done on it lately?
What octane gas are you using, have the 02 sensors been changed out?

it was tuned up about 20,000 miles ago with all high end stuff. the o2 sensors were changed about 25,000 miles ago apone failer of 1 of them. I have always run regular in her I know its not recomended but at 3 dollors a gal X 10 miles to a galon = my life savings lol but ya it only has happend over the past few mounths and i am about to put a 5.7L chevy motor in her if i cant get it resolved.
