Anyone know what this code is or where I can find out what the code #s mean?? 95 disco Code 17

Code 17 refers to Code 17 - Throttle potentiometer it says to do a continuity test procedure????? any ideas out there???

Ok I need a new throttle position sensor. Now all I gotta do is figger out how to replace it Hummmmmm
