I have a 95 Discovery and the speedo is not working, well it reads about 10 when I am doing 50 mph and nothing under that.
I ordered a speed transducer, my question is where is this located and how do I replace it or clean it. |

You can't clean it. It is in the transfer-case. Go under from the drivers-side. Look up, and it is on the side of the case. When you get the new part in, you will be able to tell. You will need a metric allen wrench to remove it. Good luck!
