Default 96 Disco misfiring, fault codesp0300,p0303,p1316

Please help, The car starts fine, idles fine, runs ok at low speeds, but at highway cruising speed, after it gets heated up it begins to misfire and shutter. I have done the following to no avail. .......changed plugs and new Magnecor wires, fuel filter, changed front two 02 sensors. (there were previous codes suggesting the two fronts were bad) AutoZone detected the following codes, p0300, p0303, p1316. Someone mentioned something about a speed sensor on the D I's that is sometimes an issue but that wouldn't necessarily cause the faults as I was told. I disconnected the VSS and the symtoms remained so apparently its not the VSS. Anyone have any ideas what to do next? Thanks!

Thumbs up

These codes are from www.troublecodes.net/landrvr/

P0300 Misfire on Multiple Cylinder
P0303 Misfire on Cylinder 3
P1316 Misfire Excessive Emmissions Fault

You got a problem with cylinder 3. Bad or loose plug, bad or loose wire, or heven forbid a bad coil pack. I dont think it is the coil pack since the coil pack fires into two cylinders at a time and there is no error for the other cylinder.

Check the wire and the spark plug first.
