97 Disco Driver Door Actuator adjustment ?

Hello.

My 97 Discovery drivers door Actuator is not pushing the button up high enough to unlock the door if I use the remote to unlock the door. If I use the Key, all is well. If I open the back drivers door and pull up the front drivers door button, all is ok.

I read that there is a way to adjust the linkage or ?? on the actuator ??

Is this true ?

Is there a trick to getting the drivesr door panel off ??
