Smile 97 Disco...Leaking Antifreeze in Manifold.

Hey LR Family, Ill get right to the point. Disco overheated rapidly. Got out and let it cool down for a while. Found antifreeze levels were extremely low so waited then put antifreeze in, less than 2 min, antifreeze I just poured in started pouring out in the front. Saw that it was the water pump, which has now been replaced and no more leak. Also changed the serpintine and now running smoothly with no sound. However now that theres is movement, there is a leak in the intake manifold. The pump was installed by a mechanic, but from what I have read fixing the manifold may be a doable job, but will just take some time. Can anyone advise, I dont really wanna pay another $500. Cant I just get new gaskets and get the correct torque? By the way what is the correct torque for an LR Disco 97? Thanks
