Check brake light switch at pedal to see if it is working, selector switch is under shifter panel. You cannot shift out of park without stepping on brake, switch involved.

Its possible its the selector switch underneath the shifter. a Real pain in the ass to replace. takes a while to take out and everything is frozen. but brake switches go as wel l on them.
