Default 98 Disco 1 for 1900 bucks Good Deal?

Have a chance to get a 98 Disco 1
Auto
cold climate
7 seats
Rear air
dual sunroofs
135K
Lights on Dash abs brake Needs brakes grinding
Cracked exhaust manifold
power steering leaking.
Runs fine drives fine cdl works all widows lights work
does have rust on the rear door jambs

Was buying to set up to go wheeling what do ya think
New to this seems like a good deal.

Ill sell you my 96 d1 with 94k miles for 3500 its needs brakes and othing more runs like a champ

to fix the abs-pull the fuse and be done with them...they suck (sorry chris)!

the power steering leak could very well just be those damn cheap ass hose clamps again.

for the cracked manifold...look up roverguy.com (will tillery) for a used replacement. make sure to have the mating surfaces milled as they can be warped.

the rust is another story. i would look carefully at the rust situation. pull the rear cargo carpet and the pass and drivers kick panel/carpeting. you can always grind/weld and por-15 if its not too bad. look at the frame too.

sounds like a decent deal though....if the rust if stoppable.
