air conditioner - Land Rovers Only

Today my air stopped working. I found a fuse under the hood that was blown
but when I replace it and turn the air on it blows right away. any ideas??

There must be a short somewhere that is causing a surge in power. Don't know the in and outs of the electrical system. I am sure someone here can tell you what to do.
