I drove my 1996 discovery today for about 5 hours straight with the air conditioning running full blast. after i got out i noticed the floor on both the driver and passenger side were soaked.
i assume this is some kind of condensation problem... and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to remove any clogs that might be in a pan that catches the condensation runoff. or if you think it might be anything other than condensation. |

Sounds like both of your drain tubes are plugged up.
Crawl under your truck, with a flash light and a piece of coat hanger wire, look on both side of the tranny at the floor board. What you are trying to find will be 2 small rubber nipples coming thru thr floor that would normally drain down on to the tranny and then down onto the ground. Run a short piece of wire into the nipple, carefully, about and inch or so, that should break up the mud ball blocking the tube. Mike |
