alarm malfunction/not working

I have a 95 disco. Bought it used just recently. No key fob. Didn't even realize it had a alarm untill I tore the door apart for something else and found the power lock mech. My disco is the odd stripped down model without the 12 sunroofs. No lock button on the doors, but yet 6 disc cd player and heater mirrors lol. Than I noticed the sticker on the windows and it does have the led under the radio.

The central lock does not work. When I use the key to unlock or lock it the alarm does nothing and the light does not flash. The driver side door was kinda hard to turn the key so I sprayed it with wd40. Now the led is dimly lit, some times is brightly light. At times all the turn signals come on, no matter if I have the car on or off and will not shut off unless the key is turned just a bit, for lock or unlock, but than the key won't come out. If I pull the number one fuse in the top satalite fuse box it kills the led and turn signal issue as well, but than wont start of course. I have checked all the switches (doors and hood) and gone through all my fuses. I know I can get a key fob from dealership but alarm and central lock should still work with my key right?

Oh and the led randomly goes from dimly lit to brightly lit. Seems to be if it is dim and I drive for a while it is bright. And if I leave the key in to get the turn signals off for a while when I check back later I can lock/unlock/remove the key without the turn signals acting weird.
