I just picked up a '97 Disco and the seller can't find the radio code card so I called a LR tech friend at a dealership who got it for me. The problem is that the 4-digit code he gave me has a 9 in it and I can't figure out how to put a 9 in - and now I can't get hold of him to see if he knows. Any ideas? Also, the radio suplimental guide that came with the owners manual says it should be a 5-digit code - not sure that matters.

If I remember rightly, the radio only has 1-5 buttons?
Maybe "6"=1, "7"=2, "8"=3, "9"=4
