Battery Light
In October of this year I had the battery in my 1998 Discovery I replaced with a new one.
Driving home this evening, the battery charging light sporadically went on and off. No change in power or dimming of lights however the tachometer went crazy at the same time of the battery light flashing. Any Ideas as to what might be the problem? Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom.

Go straight down to where you bought the battery and get a free battery/alternator load test, one of them is bad. If you want you can also go to most auto parts store where they will also do a free test.
Make sure that you clean and retighten you battery connections first. Mike |
