brake clicking - Land Rovers Only

my brakes have been clicking for awhile now, and i finally took the wheel off to see what was up. at the same point every time the rotor goes all the way around, the back pad seems to catch on something and move forwards, then when it releases it goes back into place, and thats the click. its not pushed out at all when it hits thatpoint, which makes me wonder if its the pad thats the problem, not a warped rotor?

It is not a warpped rotor, you should pull the pads off and inspect the rotor and the clips that should keep your pads from moving, sounds like they have come loose.

Did you get just one click right before comming to a complete stop?

Could be loose caliper.

its just one click each tie the wheel goes around...i took the wheel off and unlocked eerything and watched it happen, the pad is jumping out of place at the same spot on the rotor...like its sticking or something

If it jumps at the same exact spot on the rotor, it could very well be a warped rotor, but then again, when you brake, does the pedal vibrate?

no vibration...i really don't think its a warped rotor...morel ike the pad is sticking
