When i have my A/C on it is cooler on the drivers side then it is on the passenger side - theres a big difference --- what could be the cause ?

My guess without being able to verify would be one of the air box doors is out of adjustment or if you have dual heater controls one of them is not on cold {again an adjustment issue}....you'll have to check a service manual for proper calibration and adjustment....
