I'd still go camping, your stock disco will be absolutely fine out there.

Just trim your bumper so you have a better approach angle, lock your diff, and go slow while picking your lines and you'll outwheel the jeeps. It's all about picking the right lines...

Don't worry man. Incase you don't make it, don't stress. There will be many more times. One thing about working on cars is that if you rush things, SOMETHING is BOUND to go wrong. And you sure as hek wouldn't want to find out what went wrong when you're in the middle of nowhere where your truck is a minority.

Glad it all worked out- Mike Mason to the rescue! As part of the deal, I had to sell Mike some new Big Blue 3" super cheap- but it's worth it to fix the whole debacle. Mike's a great guy and he's always willing to help people out- that's why he's the ROAV president!
The springs he's got now are RTE 2" which usually lift a little more than 2"

I *will* admit that if we had been able to get the springs and shocks boxed and out Wednesday, this wouldn't have happened. Everything we had on Thursday's shipment is running behind because of that late pickup. My wife is on maternity leave and she was doing most of the shipping- she was a little more 'on the ball' so to speak. It's all working out and at least you'll get to meet Mike this weekend.
I take it personally when people get unhappy- more than I probably should, but luckily things worked out.

I am sorry to hear about your tough luck though.

Next time you order stuff around a holiday, just remember what happened this time! Awesome to see Steve try to remedy your situation though!

Hope it works out for you. Spray everything down with PB Blaster this weekend so it will be loosened up for you when you finally get around to it.
