I called UPS to see if we can get them there faster- they STILL don't have a tracking number I can refer to. The warehouse backed up and UPS picked up late- They'll be calling me in the next few minutes to see how we can get this stuff to you. If you get it Monday, can you have it on in time for leaving Tuesday? I need to know what to tell them so we can figure out if we can fix all this...

I just got off the phone with them... they don't even have the stuff in their system yet. They are not willing to upgrade the shipping to get the stuff there faster, even though they picked up late yesterday and the stuff isn't getting processed in their system today. I checked into relabeling as 2nd day air and they could- for $200. The stuff won't be there in time- the only way to guarantee stuff like that is to do 2nd or 3rd day guaranteed shipping and order earlier. I can kill the order if you've changed your mind.
Your truck can't make it on the suspension you've got?

I'll re-work the invoice and mail it to you- I'll pay the shipping since it got all buggered up.

Once you get the parts, it should be a simple job. Just spray some loosening compound on your shock bolts/nuts to ensure they will break loose. The same with the shock tower nuts and the sway bar bolts/nuts.

If everything comes off like it's supposed to, it shouldn't take you more than 2 hours to do it even if this is your first time. Good luck!

We have a rep at UPS we deal with since we have a coporate account. When they pick up late and there's no overnight or 2nd day packages in the pickup- then they leave the stuff until the next day to process. Regular ground shipments with UPS are not guranteed as to how long they take.
Whenever ordering anything time sensitive, you gotta let us know. We ship faster than most places, but there are times when things can be delayed a day or two- especially when you start to combine circumstances.
I'm trying to get in touch with a friend in Williamsburg to see if he has a spare set of springs that'll getcha through the week until you get the new ones... just can't seem to get him on the phone. If I remember correctly, he has some 2" springs in his garage.
