I herculined mine a few years back as well. I decided to put the interior back together as it was extremely loud in the cabin... especially when it was raining. The problem with ripping out the interior to do this is that you find other projects along the way. You may plan on this being a "day project", but if your like me you'll find yourself changing fuel pumps for no apparent reason, rerouting wiring, installing cargo tiedown loops, etc. etc.

I now have an itch to Rhino line my cargo area (without seats) AND maybe replace the old interior panels back there with something like Aluminum and make it with pockets or compartments for storage...install a hidden power converter with an industrial wall power outlet, an area for a second battery and another for an on board air system ... ??? hmm

Awesome!! Have mine signed up for niext week. 450 to do the entire back from the back seat rearward including the headliner and side walls.
On the DIYers out there. Saves money in the short term but if you do not do a good - make that a GREAT job of sanding it will eventually fail!! Had that problem with some wildland fire engines I ran on so decided to go pro with my personal vehicle after the lil one spilled chocolate milk when the ex had the Landy and didn't tell me. That foam insullation sure loved hiding that and provided a GREAT smell!! Rob

I think I'm going to move foward with this project as it is an inexpensive one and should be fun to do. I'll make sure to have some gloves on and keep my wanker in my pants until the job is completed.
Going to get all of the materials ready, start prepping, and maybe begin application next week Monday or Tuesday
