Cargo Lights-Help - Land Rovers Only

Ok,
none of my cargo lights work. I have replaced all the bulbs and fuses under the steering wheel but they still don't work. Can someone help?

Try reseting the ECU that runs the lights. It does the lighting front and back. What model year is yours?

Is the ECU under the steering wheel? Mine is a 97.
