Default Adjusting vales on 2.5 tdi

The valve clearance on the 2.5 diesel is 0.20mm (inlet and exhaust).

Default Re Valve clearance

If you want to purchase a workshop manual. I have found the Haynes are really good ( I also have the genuine Landrover Manual) they are reasonably priced , so you don,t mind jotting in notes eg manual gearbox fillplug is a Torx t55 and the post 97 swivel pin housing has grease not oil etc.If you want to chase one up go to www.haynes.co.uk .It really is an excellent product for the price.
