I have a 97 disco and my clock light went out . I bout the the replacement bulb and now i need to know how to pull the clock out to relplace it.
i appreciate any help |

I came across this last night and I know I also read in some thread somewhere about using an old credit card and breaking it in half and insert one on each side of the clock to push the clips in and release the clock. Hope this helps.

I also have a 97 that had the clock bulb out when I purchased the truck. You need to pop the panel out right below the clock that has the cruise control button etc. ( mine is an SD so that is the only button there
). That will give you a good look at the clips that hold the clock in. Use a flat head screwdriver to help free the clips( just enough pressure to free them don't snap them off as clocks are like $50) it should just pull straight out, but it is a pain in the A** and a lot of cussing will be involved.
