Cold starts for 1995 Discovery - Land Rovers Only

Any tips. I have been having trouble -25 celsius.
By the way I am new on this board, i use to go on discoweb.org but it does list anymore. anyone know whats up with them?

DiscoWeb will be back up in the near future as per an e-mail I got from Ho today, he said to be patient.As for your truck, give more info, mileage, what exactly is it doing wrong and what sort of maintance have you done to it lately?
