CC vac pump is under the "floor" where the jack resides in the engine compartment from there you follow the vac lines up to the throttle body, look for the rubber bulb, this holds open the butterfly valve when the CC is active, the line also slpits in that area and goes thru the firewall and hooks up to a switch at the brake pedal, any leaks in the vac line and it wont hold at speed, usually you can just trim off a 1/4 inch or so and re-attach and you are good to go -Andy
