Default cruising whistling/ shock problem?

At around 55-70mph+ I hear a whistling/ scraping noise coming from down below I cannot figure out if its coming from the front or rear but im just begining to wonder what can be causing that..

Also the front right of the car is a teeny bit lower than the rest of the car.. Does this mean one of my shocks are going?/

Hi Militant-Grunt,

Most DI's lean to the passenger side because that spring is a softer rating than the driver side so it wears out a lot sooner than the driver side. If $$ is a factor you could just get another driver side spring for the passenger side to even it out. Where in NYC are you and what year is your Disco? I'm in Essex county NJ.

I get the same noise in my 97 Disco

Only I am pretty sure it is from the rear driver side and it will happen at various times and speeds. Seems to stop if I apply the brakes
