D2 rear seats into a 96 D1 - Land Rovers Only

a local junk yard has an 01 D2, does anyone know if the rear seats from an 01 D2 will fit into my 96 D1? the seats set for the rear has the armrest and would make a nice upgrade and its only 30.00 complete..... Thanks -Andy
