Dazed and confused

Bought a '95 Discovery last weekend and have been having a heck of a time running down a problem with my lights. The left rear bumper fog light, left rear side running light, left rear marker light(in the cluster), and the license plate lights don't work. I changed all the bulbs, checked fuses, wires and connections. All seems good. The thing I don't get is that the blinkers, brake lights and rear left rear parking light(in the cluster), work fine. Which means I'm getting power. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm pullling my hair out over here.
