Ok now having always been a defender owner, I might have the opportunity to add a Camel Trophy Disco to my fleet of land rovers. The thing is that whenever i compare the disco to the defender i find it rather small, with those small tires and the length of the car, so i was wondering if you could help me out by telling me the pros and cons of the disco compared to the defender. (ok the 1st big pro is that it's a Camel Trophy Disco! hehe) And is it as capable off road as the defender???
Thanks in advance.. |

You can easily put 235x85R16 tires on a disco, and, having both, I'd have to say one is no more or less capable off road than the other. The Disco is a damn sight more comfortable on trips. I might not be able to pack as much into the Disco as I can in the 110, but that's of little practical consequence.
