My alarm fuse keeps blowing and I need to replace it. In order to do that I have to reset the alarm by turning my key back and forth in the door three times. My big problem is that the lock in the driver side door refuses to budge. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

lube it up with grease or graphite but if it doesnt work more then likely the lock is froze or something broke inside and needs to be taken apart.
