I have an intermittent slight hesitation at highway speeds with my 98 D1, 83K
I'm looking at the basics first: Plugs and Magcore cables on order, VSS will be next on list if replacing fuel filter, plugs and cables do not do the trick. The question I have, while attempting to replace the fuel filter, I have stripped the rusted bolts. I see from many posts that this quite common. (great location for fuel filter) So I have just ordered the double barbed fuel filter (Napa part #FIL3272 ) ( Its for a 90's 7series BMW.. I saw that it fits nicely, longer but nicely) Has anyone done this and can they share there experience with me before I hack off my fuel line to install this double barbed filter? And/or has anyone else had this intermitant burb while at constant highway speed? Thoughts? Thanks, have a great day. Joe
