Default Ecu?

I have a 97 disco SE i used my actron obd II to clear codes after doing some work. the only codes were misfire I changed the plugs now after days of driving the monitors won't clear the only one that does is the o2 sensor.In NY it won't pass inspection uless they all clear ie o2 sensor heater, what the heck is going on? The thing runs great 160,000 miles 4.0 liter. Thank you to anyone who can help.

I did some work<cats and full tune up> To awomans d1 for state inspection. She drove the thing 350 miles before allthe monitors would set!!!! I was like WTF!!! I had never in 16years of being a mechanic had seen that!!

When you replace a ECU , can you just drop a Waterprrof one in , and where can i find one

At your mileage, you should be looking at 4 new 02's to get a better performing air/fuel ratio, power and mileage.
