I have heard a few people say they have used it and they seemed pleased, I have not used it cause I learned years ago to do the ATF and have had a couple of opportunitys to see an engine opened up after flushing with ATF, does a great job.

thanks, might have to try this (ATF). so add 6 qts after u drain the oil then run the engine for 20min w/out driving it. do u have to do anything else after draining the ATF out, before adding a new oil and filter? also about seafoam in the gas tank. do u add that every oil change or every other oil change? would that take place of the lucas fuel injector cleaner that i use every oil change? thanks again

Good luck,

I have dumped a bit of oil and run 1 quart of ATF through the engine before an oil change before, filling the entire motor scares me though. I know a guy at work who grandfather is a mechanic from way back, this guy says that everytime his grandfather does an oil change he substitutes 1 quart of oil for 1 quart of ATF and leaves it for the entire 3000 miles! Haven't tried that yet.
