Welcome to the site...

Based on the mileage I've been getting my past 2 tanks of gas...(1995 disco) 400kms...~250miles/tank ) It would cost me approximately $285US.

Need a tune-up.

I have a 96 D1 with a 2 inch lift and I am running 265/75/16 MT's. I get about 300 miles out of a tank. I also pay about 2.70 per gallon for premium. You should be able to do 800 miles in $200 no problem.

Ouch!!! $2.70 a gallon!!!! Prices here dropped significantly.

On average it goes a little something like this:

87 Oct. $1.87/gal
90 Oct. $1.95/gal
92 Oct. $2.11/gal

I have switched to 90 and it hasn't skipped a beat.

BTW, welcome to the club Hayley!

Ive got a 99 series I with 265/70/16 A/T and a 2 inch lift and I get between 275-300 per tank or roughly 13.5-14.5 per gallon. Here it is 2.35 for premium or $44-$46 per tank. I get only 260 miles to a tank with mid grade or lower.

Default Aloha!!

I get about 325 miles out of 20 gallons of gass. Gas here in Hawaii is $2.51 on a millitary base. So I drop $50.00 a week on gas here.

Default I just go to work!

I just drive to and from work every day. I live in Waikiki and I work on the Marine base in Kanhoe. I take to long way to work because I use less gas. The rout I use is only 28 miles one way, but it save gas. I can use the Poly high way. It is ony 20 miles, but I have to go up a steeper mountain. Thus more gas used and saves me only 5 min on my drive.
