Default Gearbox (need some ideas)

OK, after a long and at the end costly battle I have fitted a recon T-case (hole story in prev post). The T-case sound great and works well, but there is one last problem (there always is). All the seals have been replaced (twice) and there is still a leak between the gearbox and the T-case. It only leaks when I drive for more than 60 miles, but when the gearbox is cooled down or on shorter trips there it does not leak. And the leak I refer to is not the standerd 2-3 drops, it drips.
The idea that I have is that the oil used to fill the box is not of correct viscosity, and then when it heats to above a sertain toint it starts leaking.
What is the colour of the correct oil?
Could this be?

sounds like the tc to tranny input shaft seal is out of shape and leaking.

That is just the thing all the seals and that shaft slieve was replaced.
I stoped the truk for a week monitoting the leak and it didn't leak for a whole week, after that I took the truk for short trips and still no leak, but on longer trips the gearbox started leaking.

Am I stuped in thinking that it could be the wrong oil? Is the seals the only reason for leaks?

The oil in the box at present is gold coloured, what sould it be?

What type of oil did you put in, was it an 80/90W gear oil?

What about a plugged up breather?

When the oil heats up enough and expands the gases have nowhere to go but through the seals.
