Generally, any unpainted metal or large bolt is ground-able. What exactly are you trying to do?

I have a problem with the coolant fan relay constantly clicking on acceleration. At idle the fans come on and the clicking stops. I do not have the air on, actually I am calling for heat. Someone suggested there might be a bad ground or the fans are starting to go. Any Suggestions?
