My parking lights, dash lights, and tail lights are not working, but my head lights are fine. Turn signals work, hazzard light fine, and brake lights work and I am running my rear fog lights to act as my tail lights. I have checked fuses they look fine. I have heard of a head light switch causing the problem. Anyone have any idea where it is located and how to remove the thing? Or any other suggestions?

Headlight switch. When I had identical issues, I removed the switch (take off the covers around the steering) undo a screw and the swtich slides out. It might be a little stiff and needs to slide straight on the rails to come out so take it easy. I sprayed a bunch contact cleaner inside down where the stalk enters the unit, to give the contacts a good cleaning. You can probably take it apart, but spraying the cleaner and working the switch did it for me. Been fine for 2 months now, for how long, I don't know, but a new one is something like $150..

I had the same issues on my 95 disco. You need to turn the stearing wheel to get to the two screws on the headlight switch. I cleaned the switch and has worked great for over a year now. The whole fix took just over an hour.
