headrests - Land Rovers Only

hi guys,

this is my first posting and also my first discovery. Can anyone let me know how to remove the plastic headrests on a series one discovery 93'. i need to take the front seats apart as they kind of got wet.

I thought they were integral with the seat-frame??

Not sure aboubt a 93 but on my 98 they just lift out though it did take more force than I thought it would.
