Default heat sensitive circuit

Hey guys looking for some help. My 97 discovery will not reverse when its hot.
I was told it was a heat sensituve circuit breaker that controls solonoid A

What do you think about this --I can get it to reverse when its cold but after a min it will not go back into reverse but if I put it in 4 wheel drive it will work but only one time.If I turn it off for a min or so It will work but only one time.I have no Idea what this could be.All the other gears work just fine no slips at all and shift well.

Thanks Shawn

Shawn, the D1's didn't have an electronicly controlled tranny.
How many miles on it and when was it last serviced?

Well I just got it used so I dont know to much about it.Now when you say service what do you mean ?change filter and new gasket or a flush job. What do you think I should do first. The trans fluid is red as can be with no burnt smell at all.Should I try Trans X or something like that.

Thanks shawn
