HELP-No flash of lights on entry Alarm - Land Rovers Only

All of the sudden the entry- alarm (flash) lights do not work on my 95 Disco. Alarm seems to work fine, but the part where the lights should flash on and flash off is not working. Fuses ok, and I can hear a relay clicking as normal, under the glove compartment. Just no lights!
Where should I look or what to check?

[pokes thread] I've been having this issue since Day 1 as well. While it's not a huge thing, it'd be kinda nice to have it working. Anyone?

What is and where is remote fob? Is there some kind of small battery?

When the battery goes dead, it still blinks once on unlock. Instead of 3 blinks on unlock, though, it's one long blink. Mine started doing this, and I didn;t realize this until I opened it woth the spare keys and it worked normally. Then I RTFM. It's in there.
