Default Help.. won't crank over 1995

HI
Any help would be appreciated . I have 1995 disc. It will not crank over at times . Also I lose the power windows , blower motor , And the radio resets + needs the code reset . I have the key in the ''on " postion .when this happens .Let it sit for awhile , cranks right over . Terms are clean, new battery, cleaned grounds on , frames . Not sure what feeds all these items ,,
Thanks Wayne

I suspect the igntion switch is faulty.

no power windows means its stuck in between the starter position.

But , why does the radio reset ? Would that not be run thru something other then the ign switch for it to require the code ?Wouldn't the radio be powered thru something else ?? Thats the part throws me off. Thanks for your help , Wayne

OK< so far it's been working .. Pulled the fuse box apart under the hood ,loosened + reconnected the fuses .Removed the wire plugs + reconnected . So far ,no problems for over a week.None of the connections showed any signs of melting tho..
