Horn and Sun roof electrical issue

I have a 95 land rover and have been having the following issues....When I start the truck the horn will lightly beep, sometimes it beeps loudy sometimes it continues after I have been running for a while but most of the time it stops after a bit.
The other issue is the sun roof will open itself if I keep the fuse in it. The relay in the roof keeps sounding like it is clicking on and off as well. Once it is open, sometimes I can get it shut sometimes I cannot.

Any ideas of were to start would be helpful.

swap relays for the sunroof to see if it goes off.

plus you could have an alarm issue or a bad relay or a stuck horn button.
