HOT foot Air Con - Land Rovers Only

I get hot water dripping onto my left foot when I have the air con on.
if the air cons off no water drips, it looks and feels like water not coolant.
I am not loosing water so i dont suspect the heater / engine system.

Has anybody else had this?
Any ideas would be helpful
