97 Disc. SE7
Hello, How can I access the A/C fan speed switch in the center of the dash? I was able to remove the 2 (knobs) temp. controls and the screws behind each. I also removed the bottom trim plate that has the switchs, (on the left) ashtray and pop-out cup holder. The complete A/C cluster does not appear to be removable from the front. That's as far as I could get. I know I can repair (or replace) the fan switch if I can get to it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. stu |

Ashtray, clock, cruise switch pack and changeholder gotta go. Pull the radio, 2 screws behind there. Pull the lower cupholder, 6 screws. One screw each behind clock and changeholder. Four screws at the corners of heater controls. Whole centre panel comes off. Working from behind, remove fan switch. Easiest to unplug A/C/Recirc/Rear A/C first. Fan switch is now sold with the whole panel.
