I have a squeaking noise on tick over; it appears to be coming from the top drive bel - Land Rovers Only

I have a squeaking noise on tick over; it appears to be coming from the top drive belt tensioner.
Can this be lubricated?
Is this some thing known to fail?
Any ideas or comment gratefully received.

Common item to fail. Get one from DAP. I think they still have them on sale for 80 or 90 bucks. They are a sponsor so click on the link at the top of one of the pages.
